Sunliner announces an expansion of its customer support centre and an investment in improving the customer experience.
Sunliner RV, a leader in recreational vehicle (RV) manufacture in Australia, today announced an expansion of its customer support centre and an investment in improving the customer experience. These developments symbolise Sunliner’s commitment to providing customers with top-quality service, support and products.
“In 2014 we celebrated our 40 years in business and now it is time to re-invest in our product and customers. We want to keep pushing the standard in every direction.” Said Nick Hunter, Sunliner RV, General Manager. “I am challenging my team to push the limits; to design and build the most incredible Australian made RVs possible. I also want to keep lifting the bar in terms of how we interact with our customers.”
“We have a new generation of RV owners entering the market. We can’t keep doing the things the same old way. We must respond to our customers’ expectations and provide them the experience that a major purchase such a motorhome warrants. To be honest it is not something that our industry has done well in the past. Sunliner customers deserve better and I mean to make that happen.”
Sunliner announced, new appointments to its expanded engineering, marketing and sales support divisions to support its research and development programs and increased production.
